From August 30 - September 5, we joined some friends at Martha's Vineyard.
A morning walk along the bluffs of East Chop, with the camera...
I appreciated the Japanese carp wind sock. Apparently there is a Japanese lantern festival on the island on the second Wednesday of each August.
Many porches had hammocks... so relaxing and inviting...
I thought this house in particular was striking, with its lawn on the bluffs over the beach.
It had a "roomba"-like lawn mower going...
This house had a walkway to a back porch area that overlooked the bluffs and the ocean.
This lighthouse was on Telegraph Hill.
There were benches on either side of the lighthouse.
Ming and I would go jogging on a few of the mornings along the coastline.
