The Nagasawa Family Photos

October 2020

On October 9 - 12, we went to New Hampshire to hike and see the fall leaves.

October 10: Sugar Loaf and Franconia Notch

October 11: Artists' Bluff

October 12: Falling Water

This was the amazing view from our rental home. It was in the Village of Loon Mountain, across the street from a ski slope called Loon Mountain, on the Kancamagus Highway which is famous for being a nice place to drive to see the fall foliage.

Here we are getting started at Sugar Loaf (Middle Trail)

Silver birch!

Those roots are amazing. The mountains are granite so the trees hang on tight.

Here we are at the top of the Sugar Loaf Middle Trail. This is the view from Sugar Loaf looking north.

We made a little chipmunk friend.

And a thrush.

Then we went to the Franconia Basin.

These leaves were fiery!
